Japanese Sake

Sake is a Japanese alcoholic beverage made from rice. Although there are multiple theories about how it was developed, the first sakes were likely made from rice, millet, chestnuts, and acorns that people chewed and spit into a tub. Third-Hand Smoke Poses Health Risk

Most members of the general public agree that "secondhand smoke," or smoke inhaled unintentionally by a nonsmoker when in the presence of someone who is smoking, poses a health danger, but just 65% of nonsmokers and 43% of smokers believe the same for "third-hand" smoke. According to researchers, however, the dangers of third-hand smoke are very real. Every time a person smokes, toxic particulate matter from the tobacco smoke settles on nearby surfaces and lingers on hair and clothing. US President Woodrow Wilson Introduces His Fourteen Points (1918)

Wilson presented his Fourteen Points, a program intended to lay the foundation for peace in Europe after WWI, to the US Congress in 1918. The idealistic message laid the groundwork for the creation of the League of Nations.
