Highlands Bird & Pet Clinic was opened in 1995 by Dr. Kathleen Fuxa. We are a privately owned, non-corporate veterinary hospital servicing the Renton community and beyond.  We enjoy treating cats, dogs, birds, reptiles, rodents and rabbits, ferrets and wildlife.

 

We believe pets are part of your family and are there to be loved. We will treat them with respect and tenderness. Our goal is to guide your puppy or kitten through to adulthood. We will recommend a vaccination schedule tailored to the needs of your pet. As your family friend ages, we will discuss what signs to look for to recognize symptoms of pain and aging or if he isn't feeling well. Since your pet cannot tell you what he feels, we will work together through his symptoms and up to date medical testing to diagnosis illness and other conditions and recommend a care plan to keep your pet healthy and happy.
